ENIG PoW

$ENIG is a Proof of Work (POW) blockchain which uses the GhostRider algorithm.

CPU mining is still the most efficient way to mine ENIG, but GPUs can also be used. GPU mining however, is not as efficient as CPU mining.

Step 1: Download the Latest ENIG Wallet

Start your ENIG mining journey by securing your mined coins in an ENIG wallet. Visit the official ENIG wallet repository at GitHub.

Select the appropriate wallet version for your operating system (Windows or Linux).

Follow the provided instructions to download and install the wallet on your device.

Step 2: Choose a Mining Pool

Mining ENIG is often more rewarding when you join a mining pool. Pools combine the computational power of multiple miners, increasing the likelihood of successfully mining a block and sharing the rewards.

Explore ENIG mining pools through directories like Mining Pool Stats. Consider factors such as pool fees, payout frequency, and pool size when selecting the one that best suits your preferences.

Step 3: Download Mining Software

To start mining ENIG and connect to your chosen pool, you’ll need compatible mining software.

Depending on your hardware and operating system, you can choose from various options such as Wyvern CPU Miner, XMRig, CPU Miner, XMRig CC, WildRig GPU Miner, or others. Download the software that best matches your setup.

Step 4: Configure the Mining Software

Once you've downloaded the mining software, configure it to connect to your selected ENIG mining pool.

Input your ENIG wallet address as the destination for your mined coins.

In the software’s configuration settings, specify the pool’s server address and port number. These details are typically available on the mining pool's website.

Step 5: Start Mining

Launch the configured mining software to begin the ENIG mining process.

The software will utilize your computer’s processing power to solve complex algorithms using the GhostRider algorithm.

As you mine, you’ll contribute to the security of the ENIG network and earn ENIG coins as rewards.

Step 6: Monitor and Collect Rewards

Track your mining progress through the mining pool’s dashboard or the mining software interface.

ENIG rewards are distributed based on your contributions and the pool’s payout structure. Ensure you meet the minimum payout threshold specified by the pool to collect your earned rewards.
